Har Ghar Tiranga 2023 Requirements
- The National Flag can be of any length but the ratio of length to width shall be 3:2.
- The Tricolor shall have the position of Honor and shall be distinctly placed.
- A damaged or any sort of disheveled flag shall not be displayed.
- The flag shall not be displayed in any inverted manner, the saffron color has to be on the top.
- The flag shall not be dipped in to salute any person.
- No other flag shall be displayed as high as the Tricolor.
- No object including any flowers shall be placed above the flag mast.
- The flag shall not be used for any sort of decoration.
- The flag shall not touch the ground.
- No other flag shall be flown along with the Tri Color.
- The flag shall be hand woven or machine made and shall be of material: cotton, silk, khadi or polyester.
